Pam Patterson - Performance Artist

Description
Pam Patterson (PhD) has, for 30 years, been active in various arts communities. Her research is energized by her personal politics and focussed on embodiment in art practice and disability issues with, for example, publications: Studies in Art Education, Resources for Feminist Research, FUSE, Parachute and conferences: the Feminism and Art Conference (WARC, Toronto), History of Art Education Symposium (Penn State), and Committing Voice (Goddard), and curatorial projects. She teaches at the Art Gallery of Ontario (Anne Tanenbaum Gallery School) and performs/lectures for various colleges and universities. As a performance and visual artist, she has exhibited and performed solo, and with Leena Raudvee in ARTIFACTS.
